Juvenile Law & DHS
The Graves Law Firm represents parents and grandparents in Child in Need of Assistance (CINA) cases and DHS appeals, and children in juvenile delinquency matters, including those that are moved or filed in adult court.
Parents and grandparents are sometimes the forgotten persons in juvenile court. The best outcome of course is when parents can keep their children, or have them returned to them and we represent parents from case initiation all the way to appeals. You need experienced professional counsel from the outset!
Grandparents have a right to be heard in Child in Need of Assistance cases as well.
> See our article on grandparents rights in CINA cases.
